I had an appt just yesterday. It was my first time with all the new Covid related precautions. They are doing an amazing job of keeping their patients and employees safe. I want you all to know you made me feel comfortable and reassured. I cared for Covid pts and know just how challenging all of the precautions and restrictions can be. It can be hard to keep a smile on and keep going with grace but Beth makes it look easy well done.

This office has always been great in terms of their patient care and cleanliness, but they have continued to exceed expectations since their re-opening from the COVID-19 temporary closure. Guidelines for what to expect during my visit were provided both through email and text, so I was aware of what my appointment would look like before I got there. The staff make it very efficient to get patients in and out while maintaining social distancing guidelines, with tape markers on the floor, one way entrance/exit doors, and eliminating wait time in the lobby area. Beth was AMAZING (as always) and explained to me all of the changes from the normal routine, as well as making sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. I was informed of what cleaning procedures and other precautions they are taking to ensure patient safety. Most importantly, all of the staff were incredibly positive and friendly, making the new dental experience that much better! I would have absolutely no problem visiting this office again, and highly recommend anyone to visit Dr. Brown and the amazing staff in this office. Great job everyone
